If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept returns within 30 days, subject to the following restriction; electronics, such as radio systems and parts, chargers, batteries, and ESC's, will not be accepted for return unless the item has an unbroken seal. Defective electronics are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and you should contact them directly for assistance.
Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. The packaging must also be in resale condition. When packing your order for return, please make sure all the original packing material and instruction papers, manuals etc are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage. If a returned order originally had free shipping, we will issue a credit for the order amount minus a 10% restock handling fee.
